Hope you all had a fantastic work week! I'd like to introduce a blogging concept in which every month we'll highlight a vendor we have used and recommend to our clients. This month's "Vendor Spotlight", as we'd like to call it, is AJ's Urban Petals!

Tom Stringer is the event designer at AJ's and designs the entire event decor, including centerpieces, lighting, linens, as well as the overall flow and feel of the event space. He has designed event decor for large scale galas including, but not limited, to the Astros Wives Gala, Citizens for Animal Protection Gala, Sunshine Kids Gala, and the American Heart Association Gala (just to name a few). He also designs for weddings, those large and on the smaller side as well as corporate events and private parties. From personal experience, Tom is a dream to work with. He is incredibly talented with an eye for unique detail to make your event stand out.

In regards to the administrative side, he and his team communicate efficiently with their client as emails and calls are returned in a timely manner. As an event planner, communication is incredibly important when choosing vendors. As a bride, gala chair, or heading up a corporate event for your firm, you need to be cognisant of the response time when selecting your potential vendors.
